There is no difference...

Good evening,
There is no difference... just open the rtf file in MS Word as usual and you can start working.
Are you having any particular problem with opening/translating the file? Is this why you are asking?
Let me know,
Nath

Trados=rtf

Actually, the native format for TRADOS is rtf. When you translate .doc files, trados converts them to rtf and then back again. You may wach that process, when cleaning up TRADOS also, if you have a large doc file. Sometimes it is actually advisable to convert .doc to .rtf before translating. That is if you experience problems during the process.

Tagged RTF files
Dec 19, 2002
Hello,
if you will get tagged rtf files (maybe from S-Tagger Interleaf or S-Tagger FrameMaker, then you can also use the TagEditor. In TagEditor you can use the tag protection.
With kind regards
Hans
