what is a JCAT tool

Hi all, I am urgently seeking all kinds of or any information about this tool, got a couple of inquiries. Apparently the number of tools I already have is not enough, it has to be this particular tool. I have already checked the web (googled) but found Javaspin instead.
Shall appreciate all help - brandis

Thank you sonia, marc and muris, I have turned the client to Trados finally. But JCAT is certainly interesting from what I have read on Marc´s website. Shall get back later to it.

Very interesting as you say.

Unless there has been recent development I think you will find it only works with XML and HTML. The cost in 2002 appears to have been $28K+.
