In comparing both Memoq and Trados, I have noticed that, whilst Trados splits segments after each full stop, Memoq instead seems to split segments after each line break. Why is this?
Memoq's splitting of my ST slowed down my translation as FR and EN have different syntactic structures.

merge/join segments May 13, 2016

memoQ has a better "join" function; you can assemble manually the broken sentences; of course, for a large amount you have to attempt the manipulation the segmentation criteria
