What is the best program suitable for a work with RESX files?

Hi there,

Being relatively new in the translation business, I came across a problem.
I received a job from a client in RESX files. I used SmartCat to translate and
the client claimed that I changed something in the code and they can't open it.

Please help!
What is the best program suitable for a work with RESX files and in which format
should I save the result???

Swordfish handles ResX files Apr 4, 2016

Hi,

You can use Swordfish to translate ResX files (http://www.maxprograms.com/products/swordfish.html). If you can export your previous translation as TMX, you can use the TMX in Swordfish to recover your work.

OmegaT and Cafetran. ALong with Swordfish, I guess they are more reliable to handle the RESX format than the SmartCat that I heard about for the first time today.
