The question about years of experience jumps from "3-5 years" to "more than 10 years".

ProZ.com is the one that broke it. As a user, you can't change the fact that ProZ.com's rather old forum software converts a web address into a hyperlink that contains most of the characters following it.

The ( and ) being attached to your link destroys the URL function. You should edit that in your first post.
