How to convert text into locked tags

Hello friends,

I hope you are well.
I got a big Trados project from my client which include 100 files in a package. I found numerous texts in fact are links, tags such as "&trade" and " —" in the sentence "EcoBay™ spray polyurethane foam insulation —". So it brings many troubles during translation. Could you please tell me how to find and locked these links and tags? Thank you very much!
