Trouble with xBench 3.0

Hello, colleagues!
I wanted to QA a MemoQ file so I donwloaded xBench 3.0. I registered my email without problems but, when I tried to run the programme, an error stating that the trial period was over for my device appeared.

Has this happened to any of you?

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Version 3.0 is not free Aug 15, 2014

In case you wish to use the free version, you need to download version 2.9.

The thing is, this version doesn't have the option to QA memoQ either
