Can I return a target file which was edited in MS Word to update my TM?

Hi everone.
I wish to find out if I can return a target file which was edited in MS Word so as to update my TM. The document was not saved as bilingual.

You should be more specific about the CAT program(s) that you use. I remember, something like this (importing an updated translation to a project) is available with memoQ. Not sure about other tools.
