How to import data into a existing Multiterm termbase from Translation Management System?

Hi

I would like to know steps for the following

1. How to establish a connection between Translation Management System (TMS) and Multiterm?.
2. How import data into the existing termbase of Multiterm from TMS?

Please susggest a solution.
