Good text summary/term extraction tool?

Are you aware of any good text summary/term extraction tool? Preferably free one, but if its' good I can pay for it...

I'm still stuck with Trados 5.5 FL, so there is not ExtraTerm. I am looking for a program that would replace that module... however, some other features would be nice:
- ability to extract keywords/frequent words
- ability to group phrases, including overlapping phrases
- ability to highlight the selected phrases in a Word document.

Hi,

+tools (www.champollion.net) has a function to extract terms.
I have Extraterm but it is nothing special...you need a lot of time cleaning the results.
