I am planning to buy Trados soon, but I have two PCs and one laptop.
My question is, may I just buy one pack of Trados, or should I buy 2?
Many thanks! Please advice,
Anthony

You can switch the dongle
Nov 29, 2003
Hi Anthony, You can install the software on both PCs - all you need to do is to plug in the dongle (the hardware license key that's plugged into the USB port, or into the parallel port on older systems) into the machine you want to use at any given time. This means that you can only use Trados on one machine at a time - but I guess that's what you were thinking of anyway.
HTH, Ralf
