I never got accustomed to it, I prefer to use the single modules.
And, according to Trados, I am not the only one who thinks so:...
Reconfiguring the product lines in this way has made some applications obsolete, including WorkSpace, ExtraTerm and MultiTerm 5.5. However, they continue to work in the TRADOS 5.5 context. Refer to the next question for details.
Question 23) Can I continue using WorkSpace, ExtraTerm and MultiTerm 5.5?
TRADOS WorkSpace, TRADOS MultiTerm 5.5 and TRADOS ExtraTerm can continue to be used in the TRADOS 5.5 context. We recommend running the self-registration batch file included with TRADOS 5.5 before using any of these applications. This will ensure that they continue to work with TRADOS applications. MultiTerm 5.5 can also still be used for active terminology recognition in the new Translator's Workbench version. We recommend finalising WorkSpace projects as soon as possible as TRADOS will stop supporting this application at the end of 2003.
