Trados displays \"Failed to launch help\" message - need help

Dear Colleagues,



Whenever I click \"Help Topics\" under TagEditor\'s and WinAlign\'s Help feature I get the following message: \"Failed to launch help\".



For MultiTerm and WorkBench, no message is displayed and the help topics are not shown.



I\'ve tried the Repair feature of Trados\'s installation, but the problem remains. Could anybody help me solve this?
