Tags not showing & formatting wrong

Hello, I'm translating a short, simple Word document with some basic formatting in it (bold, underline, etc.) but the corresponding tags are not showing up anywhere in CafeTran. The 'Hide source segment tags' option is deselected.

It also seems to have added formatting to the document where there was none in the original.

I have opened the document in MemoQ with no formatting issues.

Any ideas? Thank you.
