how to get unlimited access to CafeTran Espresso with a Plus subscription status?

as I have a Plus subscription status, I should have a free, unlimited access to CafeTran Espresso, but still as I am working with it, the following message dialogue keeps coming up (see the attachment)? !

how could I solve this issue ?

Unfortunately it does not work for me. I followed the steps but I do keep on getting this message.

Make sure you have the latest CafeTran version.

Also, do you have a working ProZ Plus subscription?

What happens when you try enabling "ProZ.com services" under "Other resources and services" in the Dashboard (the first page that appears when you open CafeTran)?

In Help > About, what is written under License, Licensed to and License term?

I get the "spinning bathing ball of death" and Cafetran hangs.. Sep 11

... when I do what the video says. Then I have to force-quit Cafetran.
Jean, do you have an idea of how to get it to work?
I have tried both while being logged out and in of proz in my browser, but I get the same result.
In Help/about menu it says "Trial version" (and a bunch of other stuff)
I have a Pro Plus status.
Wonder if anyone can help me?

You can also try allocating more Java memory, as described in step 2 here: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000160241-slowing-down-or-exiting-unexpectedly

If this is not a new CafeTran installation, you can also try resetting CafeTran in the Preferences (Edit > Preferences > Reset button).
