Just take the money, invest 2 hours and "google-translate" 20K for them.

If they write back and complain, tell them this is what the service you can provide for what they pay

Even if you've worked for them, there's a "rule" stated at the top of their particular BB record which is not on any other, AFAIK:
Please limit your LWA entry comments with your likehood of working again only

In other words, they have protected VIP status on ProZ.com, however unethical their behaviour.
