Sto je razlika medju "pred", "ispred", "prije" i "otprije"?

\"pred\" and \"ispred\" are prepositions. The first one is the short form of the second and each entails another declintion.
Example: \"Ja se igram PRED kucom\" = LOCATIVE
\"Ja se igram ISPRED kuce\" = GENITIVE

The two other terms \"prije\" and \"otprije\" are adverbs and each has a different meaning.
\"prije\" means \"before\" and can be used in different contexts.
Example: \"prije vozila nisu postojala\"
\"some time ago/before, vehicules did not exist\"
\"dosao sam prije (comparison) tebe\" GENITIVE
\"i arrived before you\"

\"otprije\" or \"od prije\" (if we insist) means \"(even) before\", \"since some/long time ago\" , \"from before\"
Example: \"znamo se otprije\"
\"we\'ve known each other from before\"
\"slike od prije rata\" GENITIVE
\"pictures (from) before the war\"
\"otprije\" cannot be used as a comparitive adverb.
