How to sign off 100 of files with one click?

Is there a way to achieve this?

Currently, I receive a TTK with bunch of UI resource files leveraged from the previous release. I know all translation leveraged are correct. (by using file comparison tool)

Do I need to sign off one file by another?

I guess this may be a common request but could not find any post here. Sorry if I'm missing something.
