Hi,

We have a client who is sending us a big project to be translated in several languages. The Source files are in TTK format. We need to outsource a part of the project to several freelancers, but most of them do not have Catalyst nor they are inclined to use it as they are quite comfortable with Trados, SDLX, Wordfast or whatever tool they are using.

We have Catalyst 10, and I checked that we can export the TTK files to TTX or TXML formats, but is there a way to import them back into TTK files? Converting TTX files to a TM and then importing it as a TM in Catalyst can be a solution (yet to check), but my experience for this work around is not good. We do not get the files completely translated using this method and quality issues cannot be ruled out.

Just use the TTX as a TM. You can use it as you would any other TM.
