Sometimes Google searches are totally wrong. Check this screen image of a search for pages in Spain, which reports "about 38,500 English and Spanish pages" for the quoted phrase:

However, at the bottom of that results page, you see this:

So we have 38,500 hits in two pages? Let's see what the next page has to offer:
