Mrs Ulkar Nasibbayli supported the EC-financed task force within the frame of a multiannual twinning project running between the local national authorities and a team of European experts in the fields ranging from legal & economics over to technical and scientific matters.

She acted both as the leading translator and interpreter, showing straightforward capacity in managing the pertaining tasks with competence, precision, authoritative skills and professional excellence. The project the spread of arguments required also a wide comprehension and interpretation capacity, which she had been able to carry with notable ability.
