I agree with all your points Lisa, and I would add one more: Fix a schedule to work out or to do a sport at least three times a week. Physical exercise not only generates endorphins that make you feel good and energetic, but also helps you have a clear mind to focus on your translation projects later on.

That's exactly what I had in mind!! Even if I'm not a workout freak, I feel the need to exercise at least a little bit. Yesterday, after finishing work, I had some errands to run and I got home a little late into the night overwhelmed by the day, so I didn't do my exercise routine, but I warmed up and went out to run for 20 minutes... The effect was wonderful, so this might very well be near the top of the list of recommendations.
