Do I need both: SDL Trados 2009 freelance plus AND SDL Trados 2007 Suite freelance Sep 21, 2010

We have bought both products (plus: the SDL AutoSuggest Creator Aded-on Plus) some time ago and never used it due to our customer requests. Now most of our new contracts/bids call for Trados alternatively and some for Trados exclusively.Do we need both programs? We have never used the programs and we will need training. What is the best way to get familiar with it asap? Thank you for your input!
Rolf

Take a proper course Sep 21, 2010

Trados (any version) is an industrial tool and you definitely want to look for proper training in your area. A one-day or two-day course should be enough, but make sure you start from scratch, so that you save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration. Good luck!
